Effective marketing professionals are crucial to a company's success, and the role of Meta Marketing Manager is no exception. This position requires an analytical mindset, deep knowledge of campaign strategy and performance analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads, driving conversions, and maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). They will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta Platforms.
Key responsibilities include managing full-funnel performance marketing strategy, audience targeting, A/B testing, creatives, copy, and landing pages.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft compelling ad experiences that meet business objectives. They will also continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, taking action to improve Click-Through Rate (CTR), conversion rates, Cost Per Action (CPA), and ROAS.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and be proficient in using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Campaign Manager, and dashboards.
Additionally, they should stay updated on the latest ad platform features, trends, and algorithm changes, as well as consumer behavior trends within the travel industry.
Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, and strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Conversion APIs, and audience retargeting.
