Product Growth Specialist

This is an opportunity to lead end-to-end execution of product and growth initiatives.
We are looking for a go-getter who knows how to get the work done. Any product experience is critical while shortlisting your profile. You should be an analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and have the ability to work independently and remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Experiment with new ideas and tactics to discover innovative ways to grow our offerings.
- Work on optimizing conversion funnels by identifying and addressing barriers to conversion, ultimately increasing user acquisition and activation.
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather valuable insights that inform product decisions and improvements.
- Work on product growth for our digital products.
Key Qualifications:
- Go-getter with a proven track record of getting work done.
- Any product experience, including internships or volunteer work.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and remotely.
Full-time Opportunity: Convert to full-time without interview after internship period if you get 4/5 in monthly reviews.
Duration: 3 to 6 months to full-time.
