Product Growth Expert

We seek a seasoned professional to lead customer growth initiatives through data-driven product strategies and experiments.

This role involves building and scaling rewards & loyalty programs to boost retention and engagement. Using analytics and insights to optimize performance is crucial in this position.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies, leading A/B tests and champion/challenger experiments to validate ideas, and presenting actionable insights and dashboards to leadership.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field, and an MBA/Master's from a top-tier institution (preferred). At least 2 years of experience in B2C hyper-frequent use cases (credit cards, gaming, trading, quick commerce) or 2-3 years in top-tier consulting (MBB, preferably first cohort).

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools (Tableau/Python preferred), hands-on experience with growth funnels, lifecycle management, and cohort analysis, and excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:
