Job Title: Human Resources Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on all aspects of human resources.

Your primary focus will be on leading end-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance Management, and Career Development. You will also design and implement Employee Engagement & Retention Strategies, ensuring compliance with Labour Laws, HR Policies, and Best Practices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, including attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent.
  2. Develop and implement effective Onboarding programs to ensure seamless transitions for new employees.
  3. Design and manage Performance Management systems to drive employee growth and development.
  4. Create and execute Employee Engagement & Retention Strategies to foster a positive work environment.
  5. Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, HR Policies, and Best Practices across the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in IT/Tech.
  • Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, HR systems, and Compliance.
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
  • Ability to set up Scalable Processes in a growing company.
