Job Opening:

Position available for an individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Located in Mohali, this role requires the ability to work in a team environment, provide support to clients via voice or non-voice channels, and adapt to changing situations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide solutions to customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets
  • Meet productivity standards while maintaining quality of service
Requirements:
  • 10+2 / Graduate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good computer knowledge and typing speed
  • Prior customer service experience preferred but not required
