Master's Degree Application Consultant Role

We are a rapidly growing platform that connects students with current or past students at top universities worldwide.

This role involves handling the end-to-end process for each student subscribing to our Undergraduate and Masters service offerings. This includes working with individual stakeholders on the application process, requiring excellent writing skills, organizational, project, and time management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders of the organization.

The ideal candidate should be highly detail-oriented, diligent, and organized in their work, taking ownership and adopting a careful and systematic approach.

We serve over 4,000 customers annually from over 19 countries, offering a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students pursuing higher education abroad.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with mentors and customers from over 19 countries every day, understanding their needs, and helping them make it to their dream universities.
  • Manage multiple applications simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent writing skills with past experience in content editing/writing.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially email communication.
  • Ability to gather feedback from customers and incorporate it for continuous process improvement.
