Client Retention Manager

We are seeking a Client Retention Manager with 5-9 years of experience in General Insurance or Insurance Broking to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will be proactive and relationship-driven, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with corporate customers.
  • The Client Retention Manager will implement our delivery strategy to ensure high customer satisfaction and foster long-term client relationships within our corporate accounts.
  • Key responsibilities include ensuring exceptional customer service, communicating with clients to identify their specific requirements, and utilizing various communication mediums to engage with customers.
  • The Client Retention Manager will also collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve complete customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to efficiently determine clients' underlying needs.
  • Proficient in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for presentations, data analysis, and documentation.
  • Good technical knowledge about Employee Health Insurance and/or General Insurance products.
  • Minimum 5-9 years of experience in the General Insurance sector or with Insurance Brokers.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a related field.
  • Any Insurance Qualification is preferred.
