Process Excellence Role

The role of a Process Excellence Professional is to design and implement streamlined processes within functional and cross-functional settings.

  • This involves acting as a point of contact for Quality System Owners (QSO) and Line Function Representatives for any process-related queries or tasks.
  • You will play a leading role in designing and managing processes, coordinating process mapping activities, and ensuring oversight of controlled documents.
  • As a Process Excellence Professional, you will also provide guidance to authoring teams on the content of procedural documents and ensure coherence between various activities surrounding defined processes.
  • Additionally, you will drive harmonization and simplification of processes across different controlled documents and support QSO in monitoring and analyzing the impact of regulatory changes.
  • Other key responsibilities include leading cross-functional process improvement and change management activities, ensuring new and transformed business processes are aligned and can be delivered globally and functionally, and conducting root cause analyses and/or failure mode effect analyses.

Required Skills: Strong understanding of process excellence principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
