Global Finance Process Lead

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of global finance processes that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leveraging data analytics and process mining tools to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance internal controls.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of process changes.
  • Leading change management activities to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and technologies.

Essential requirements include:

  • University level degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or MBA.
  • 10+ years of experience in relevant finance roles or positions in area of responsibility supporting global projects.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to understand complex situations and interdependencies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable requirements include:

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong continuous improvement mindset.
