**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Project Management and IT Service Delivery Professional to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong background in project management and IT service delivery, with certifications in PMP, ITIL, GAQM, and ISO 27001.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, preparing training materials, conducting interactive sessions, evaluating trainee performance, and providing mentorship and support. The trainer will also stay updated with the latest industry practices to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and effective.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs aligned with industry standards and best practices
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of project management methodologies, including PMP, ITIL, GAQM, and ISO 27001
  • Assess and evaluate trainee performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide guidance and support to trainees to help them achieve their goals
  • Stay current with industry developments and update training materials accordingly

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, computer science)
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and IT service delivery
  3. Certifications in PMP, ITIL, GAQM, and ISO 27001
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  5. Able to work effectively in a team environment
