Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Management professional to join our team as a Project Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the technical upgrade project from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales-to-delivery (S2D) handover quality gate to initiate new tasks
  • Coordinate with consulting and customer teams to manage deliverables and projects
  • Communicate with all teams through the build and migration lifecycles
  • Document and clear open issues; project completion

About the Role:

The Project Lead will be end-to-end responsible for the project management of a Release Upgrade Project. This includes planning the technical upgrade project on a detailed basis, obtaining project- and phase-signoffs from the customer side, ensuring that customer and internal service requests are created in time, and aligning additional communication if further ECS teams are involved.
