Job Summary

This role is seeking a seasoned Cloud Practitioner to manage Service Delivery and Practice Building. The ideal candidate will provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance.

  • Shape: Understand business requirements and create value-driven offerings that meet client needs. This individual must be a self-starter who enjoys strategic problem-solving and guiding client requirements. Strong communication skills, the ability to critically evaluate information, and reconcile conflicts are essential.
  • Solution: Define solutions, resource plans, and implementation approaches that meet client needs. Identify top cloud architecture solutions and execute internal processes in relation to ITIL Life cycle Practices.
  • Drive Delivery: Execute delivery of Cloud implementation projects from business case to deployment. Apply non-functional requirements and technical knowledge to drive design of robust solutions.
  • Client Management: Serve as primary conduit between our teams and clients during discovery process. Build capability of Cloud Practice and enable them to effectively manage and deliver.
  • Leadership: Manage team and be responsible for their performance and career progression. Provide strategy on key capability areas to focus on against market trends and development.

Professional Requirements

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment. Professional experience architecting/operating solutions built on Microsoft Azure/AWS. Experience working within software development and working knowledge of software development tools or DevOps methodologies.

Key Competencies and Skills

Domain knowledge on Microsoft Azure/AWS Cloud Platforms. Must have worked Cloud Cost Control or FINOPS Framework. Proven work experience as a Cloud Architect or similar role. Positive attitude and strong commitment to delivering quality work. Excellent knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current computing trends.
