Key areas of focus include:
- Implementing Oracle Cloud Service Contract Management modules to streamline contract management processes.
- Designing and configuring contract templates, workflows, and integrations to ensure seamless execution.
- Managing service and supplier contract agreements, including configurable service packages, renewals, flexible billing, and entitlement processing.
- Providing end-to-end implementation support for Oracle Project Costing, Project Contracts, and Project Billing modules.
- Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) frameworks and industry standards.
Key qualifications include:
- 8–10 years of functional experience in Oracle Cloud Service Contract Management modules.
- Strong expertise in managing service and supplier contract agreements.
- Minimum 2 end-to-end implementations designing and configuring Oracle Cloud Service Contract Management modules.
- Hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Project Costing, Project Contracts, and Project Billing modules.
- Knowledge and experience in supporting PaaS and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Working rotational shifts and providing weekend on-call support.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
