We are seeking an experienced Customer Resolution Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru. This role offers a competitive salary of ₹6,00,000 - 8,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Investigate and analyze escalated cases to identify root causes and implement suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of escalated cases, including customer interactions and resolutions achieved.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer support role, with a focus on handling escalations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
