Responsibilities:

Monitoring and response to major impacting incidents, ensuring prompt resolution and adherence to incident management process.

Key Initiatives:

Proactive monitoring of critical metrics, identifying potential impacts, and engaging stakeholders to mitigate risks.

Documentation and Improvement:

Documentation of incident protocols, conducting post-incident reviews, and implementing process improvements to enhance incident management.

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, ITIL foundation certification, and experience working with Enterprise Command Center Teams.

At least 3 years of experience as Incident Manager/Sr. Incident Engineer, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Data Management Systems.

Ability to work in shifts, provide 24/7 support, and possess technical, analytical, and presentation skills.
