Job Title: Senior Finance Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team as a Senior Finance Transformation Specialist.

About the Role:

The Senior Finance Transformation Specialist will play a key role in driving financial transformation initiatives across various business units. This includes designing, implementing, and maintaining financial systems, processes, and controls that ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement financial systems, processes, and controls to drive business growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize financial transformation initiatives
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to inform business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues on financial systems and processes

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in finance, preferably in a transformation or consulting role
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems, processes, and controls, including SAP FICO and PS
  • Proven track record of driving financial transformation initiatives and delivering results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Certifications in SAP FICO, PS, or ITIL are desirable
