Business Process Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve business process excellence by implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct requirement workshops and map business processes to Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Identify as-is processes and design to-be processes that drive business value.
  • Develop and review functional design specification documents that clearly outline project objectives and deliverables.
  • Design complex enhancements, interfaces, and reports that meet business requirements.
  • Configure scenarios in relevant cloud modules to optimize business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of business processes and their impact on organizational efficiency.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Mandatory 6-8 years of experience in business process transformation or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
  • SME skill in one or more of the following modules: Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits, Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Absence, Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learn.
