  • Manage and oversee finance operations, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records, accounts, and reports.
  • Develop and maintain regular financial reports, providing timely insights to leadership.
  • Ensure up-to-date bookkeeping, compliance, and documentation aligned with statutory regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a small finance team, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational needs.
  • Support leadership with financial reporting, analysis, and insights to aid decision-making.
  • Track and report financial KPIs, ensuring visibility across functions.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5-7 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing, ideally within a fast-growing environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders to ensure financial alignment and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for presenting complex financial information.
  • A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining the integrity of financial records and reports.
