We are seeking a Strategic HR Manager to support 360Medicare in its Middle East growth journey.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. This includes developing and maintaining HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes to attract top talent.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and take full responsibility for the organisation's training and development initiatives.
  • Determine and recommend approaches and practices that enhance a positive company culture and promote high employee morale and motivation.

Responsibilities include managing internal recruitment and selection process, reviewing job descriptions, advertising job openings, updating the resource plan, sifting and selecting candidates, attending interviews, and selecting the best fit for the role.

Other responsibilities include administering HR-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, employee records, new starter packs, formal acceptances of resignation, and financial elements like payroll, compensation, and benefits.

This role also involves performance review and annual appraisals, managing grievances and dispute resolutions, including disciplinary actions and termination, and planning short-term and long-term HR requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate would have:

  • Experience in all disciplines of HR and people management.
  • Business awareness and management skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • IT proficiency and ability to write and direct training programs.

Based on industry standards, this position offers a salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
