Job Title: Technical Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Implementation Engineer to join our Professional Services team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in technical implementation of world-class SaaS products, specifically CRM implementations and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end implementation of the LeadSquared platform based on solution design
  • Design and implement integrations between LeadSquared and customer's existing software ecosystem
  • Perform data migration plans, including cleansing, mapping, and validation of customer data and digital assets
  • Configure LeadSquared platform according to customer requirements and implement necessary customizations
  • Manage technical projects and ensure customers go live within promised timeframes

The successful candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, as well as excellent written and oral English communication skills. They will also be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.

This role requires a strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach, along with flexibility to travel as required. If you have experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, knowledge of data security and compliance requirements, or certification in relevant technologies, it would be an added advantage.
