Job Title: Hiring for HRIS Implementation Specialist

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a HRIS Implementation Specialist.
  • The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Infor Global HR/Lawson, with a bachelor's degree and a master's in human resource management.
  • Key responsibilities include requirement gathering, business analysis, system design, configuration, integration, testing, and application maintenance.
  • The successful candidate will have experience in one or more of the following Infor/Lawson S3 Global HR modules: Core HR, Benefits, Health & Safety.
  • Experience in Payroll or Talent Management modules: Performance, Goals, Succession, Compensation is desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in troubleshooting configuration errors, database errors, job failures, extensions, and interfaces are essential.
  • Familiarity with version Infor HCM CloudSuite v11.0.1, Mingle 11, and Mingle 12 is advantageous.
  • Added advantage: technical expertise in Java/JavaScript/JSP and SQL for configuration of extensions and integrations.
  • Additional benefit: experience in using Infor ION, Process Automation/Developer (IPA/IPD).
