  • Excellent English communication and writing skills

Job Description:

Managing Employee Life Cycle: From onboarding to exit formalities, you will manage the entire employee lifecycle.

Recruitment: You will recruit relevant profiles through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and consultancies, and follow up with them.

Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: A strong communicator with notable interpersonal and problem-solving skills is required.

Skills Assessment: You will assess skills for junior positions.

Job Description Designing: You will design and update job descriptions for required profiles.

Network Building: You will build and maintain a network with top architecture and design colleges.

Selection Activities: You will coordinate campus interviews and other selection activities.

Workforce Planning: Good knowledge of workforce and manpower planning is necessary.

Policies Implementation: You will have a good command over company policies and policy implementation.

Training Programs: You will work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results.

Annual Reviews: You will execute employee annual review procedures.

Employee Engagement: You will develop strategies to improve engagement and manage programs designed to foster team members, including but not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, retention, recognition, learning and development, diversity, wellness, and other activities aimed at creating a positive workplace environment.
