FlyTreat is a leading provider of travel services seeking a highly skilled Domestic Travel Consultant to join their team in New Delhi. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and crafting personalized travel itineraries that meet the unique needs of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, budget, and requirements
  • Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements for clients with attention to detail and precision
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest travel industry trends, destination information, and market developments
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client satisfaction, achieve sales targets, and drive business growth
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex travel scenarios and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • In-depth knowledge of domestic travel destinations, attractions, and experiences to provide expert recommendations
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with travel booking systems, tools, and software to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, creating memorable moments, and driving business success
