Job Title: GenAI Program Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead the execution and delivery of cutting-edge Generative AI (GenAI) programs for key insurance clients.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality project delivery, and aligning GenAI solutions with business goals.

  • Owning end-to-end delivery of GenAI projects across multiple client engagements
  • Defining and tracking project KPIs, milestones, and business value metrics
  • Leading cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and QA
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for client and internal stakeholder communications
  • Ensuring compliance with AI governance practices and driving reusability of platform tools
  • Identifying project risks and proactively resolving blockers
  • Maintaining delivery documentation and providing regular status updates

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in AI/Analytics/Technology project leadership, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, governance, and client relationship skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
