The Role We're Hiring For

Title:
AI/ML Engineer – Retail Vision AI

Experience:
~2 years in AI/ML, computer vision, or data-related fields

Purpose:

This role is about taking
Vision AI
from the lab to the retail aisle. You will design, build, and deploy AI systems that see store shelves as clearly as a human merchandiser — but at speed, scale, and accuracy no human can match.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and refine Vision AI modules for product presence, pricing verification, share-of-shelf, and compliance.
• Work with large-scale image datasets from diverse retail environments.
• Optimize AI for fast, reliable inference on both cloud and edge systems.
• Track real-world performance and improve models based on live feedback.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and retail analysts to align AI outputs with business needs.

Impact:

Your work will directly influence how products are displayed, priced, and stocked — shaping brand visibility and sales performance in competitive retail environments.

Required Skills & Competencies

Core Skills:
