This role involves managing multiple AI technology partners, coordinating infrastructure provisioning, aligning DevSecOps practices, handling change management, and ensuring seamless deployments. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.Key Responsibilities:AreaResponsibilitiesProgram Management
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, from scoping through deployment
• Define and manage program plans, risks, dependencies, and budgetsPartner & Vendor Management
• Coordinate with AI technology partners, platform providers, and service vendors
• Manage SLAs, compliance, onboarding, and performance reviewsTech Infra & DevSecOps
• Align infrastructure provisioning across cloud/on-prem environments
• Ensure adherence to DevSecOps, InfoSec, and CI/CD standardsChange & Release Management
• Drive structured change management for AI deployments across functions
• Ensure business continuity, rollback readiness, and impact assessmentsCross-Functional Leadership
• Liaise with product owners, SMEs, architects, and ops leads across departments
• Navigate organizational complexity to unblock issues and align prioritiesDeployment & Adoption
• Plan and track phased rollouts, user onboarding, UAT, and hypercare
• Own user engagement, feedback loop, and continuous improvementResource & Stakeholder Management
• Manage project resources, allocations, and utilization metrics
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership, sponsors, and governance bodiesQualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field8–12 years of total experience, with at least 4–5 years in technical project/program managementProven track record managing AI/ML, cloud-native, or enterprise-grade digital initiativesStrong understanding of AI architectures, cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), APIs, and security principlesExperience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Confluence, MiroCertifications preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, ITIL, SAFeCore Competencies:Strategic Thinking & ExecutionStrong Communication & Negotiation SkillsProblem-Solving in Ambiguous EnvironmentsOrganizational Navigation in Matrix SetupsVendor & Technology Ecosystem AwarenessChange Agility and Business Process Understanding
