Senior Marketing Campaign Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This includes Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic ads, media buying, and more.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven campaign strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Prepare and execute comprehensive media plans with proven track records of delivering 10X+ ROAS in EdTech.
  • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in running paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, programmatic ads, media buying).
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, DV360, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience in EdTech or digital marketing training domain.
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM and lead tracking tools.
