Job Description">

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive app acquisition campaign improvement and ensure performance against monthly targets.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and creative ideas based on commercial KPIs, customer insights, and competitive analysis through ongoing test & learning.
  • Owning the full project and campaign lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery and KPI achievement through cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborating with local marketing teams to provide clear guidance on executing local tactics.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience managing paid social advertising campaigns.
  • Experience managing campaigns for at least 2 of the following channels: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter.
  • Strong app acquisition expertise and full-funnel marketing experience.
  • Leadership experience, including team management and stakeholder management.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
