Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Coordinator to support the Head of Design in managing multi-sector design deliverables, ensuring adherence to branding and timely execution.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in design management across Commercial, Residential, or Mixed-use projects, with strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Description

In this role, you will assist in the creation and periodic updating of our design playbook, incorporating lessons learned, benchmark standards, and evolving best practices. You will lead coordination across consultants and design disciplines, ensuring timely delivery and quality design from concept to completion.

  • Conduct test fits and feasibilities on new project proposals
  • Validate design compliance with branding, standardization, and sustainability benchmarks

Responsibilities

You will partner closely with Project Management (PMO), Pre-development, and Construction teams for successful project delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing design strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with project goals
  • Maintaining design quality and consistency throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements
