Job Role Overview

The Senior Architectural Design Lead will oversee and manage architectural design and construction projects, ensuring timely completion within quality standards. Daily tasks include supervising site activities, coordinating with project teams, managing project schedules, and integrating architectural solutions with project demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate site activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Develop and implement project schedules and timelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project objectives and ensure effective communication.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects within quality standards and in accordance with client requirements.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design.
  • Proven experience in Project Management and coordination.
  • Knowledge of Software Development and Integration methodologies related to architectural projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Relevant certification and licensing in architecture.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural execution; airport/infrastructure project experience is beneficial.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office.

Work Location:

This role requires active collaboration with different stakeholders to achieve project objectives and is located on-site in Siliguri, West Bengal.
