We are looking for a talented Sales Engineer to join our team at BHAGAT HR SERVICES, representing a leading Automotive Springs manufacturing company. This is an exceptional chance to build long-term relationships with key clients and drive sales growth.
About the Company:
Our client is a Spanish-based multinational company specializing in the production of automotive springs. With a strong presence in the industry, they offer a unique opportunity for sales professionals to excel and grow their careers.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 gross per month, depending on performance. Additionally, the company offers transportation facility from Pune – Mumbai Express Highway, canteen facility, and a job location in Shirwal (Satara District).
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Key Account Handling: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
- Cycle Time Optimization: Streamline the entire RFQ-to-Payment cycle, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products and services.
- Receivables Monitoring: Track and manage receivables, aiming to achieve targets and improve cash flow.
- Coordination and Negotiation: Act as a mediator between customers and internal teams, leveraging excellent negotiation skills to secure deals and resolve conflicts.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, expanding the customer base and driving revenue growth.
- Sales Reports Preparation: Generate accurate and timely reports on sales performance, providing insights for future improvement.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with concepts such as APQP, project milestones, and PPAP, demonstrating expertise in the automotive industry.
- Project Planning and SCM: Showcase knowledge of project planning, supply chain management (domestic and export), and RM rate change mechanisms.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and business development within the automotive sector, preferably in Tier-1 and Tier-2 companies.
- Experience working under IATF certified company environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal interaction skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
