Estimated Salary: ₹35-50 lakhs per annum (depending on experience)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • To prepare annual sales budgets for concerned sectors.
  • To develop and execute monthly sale plans.
  • To provide training to subordinates.
  • To retain existing sales and develop new customers by designing sales strategies.
  • To conduct market surveys and create innovative campaigns/experiments.
  • To resolve customer issues.
  • To manage credit money efficiently.
  • To generate marketing reports.
  • To engage with customers, retailers, and partners to promote the company's brand image and build strong relationships.

Requirements:

A Graduate/MBA with 15-20 years of experience in Sales/Marketing field (Preferred from agro-based industries).
