Job Overview:
Hindustan Feeds, a leading agro-based company in India, is seeking a skilled Microbiologist to join our R&D team at our Satara plant. Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Supervising and conducting microbiological activities on a regular basis.
• Developing and maintaining validation in all protocols for various environmental controls.
• Performing laboratory analysis on all materials after appropriate sterilization.
• Identifying contamination, conducting analysis, and initiating corrective measures.
• Studying various cultures of microorganisms in isolation according to standard procedures.
• Monitoring physiological and morphological characteristics and identifying microorganisms.
• Testing all incoming ingredients and documenting records.
• Developing and preparing research papers and documents for all protocols.
• Maintaining accurate records and testing all activities conducted in the laboratory.
• Developing and documenting microbiology laboratory processes and preparing final reports.
• Maintaining purchase orders for laboratory processes and monitoring inventory.

Requirements:
Qualified applicants must have a B.Sc Microbiology / M.Sc Microbiology or Biotechnology with 0 to 1 year of experience. Freshers can apply.
• Ability to plan and execute experimental protocols.
• Highly skilled in microbiology techniques, methodology, equipment, and supplies.
• In-depth knowledge of laboratory tests used in microbiology work.
• Proficient in methods and practices of microbiological analysis.
• Great ability to prepare research papers and technical reports.
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
• Strong IT skills.
• Excellent laboratory skills.
• Willingness to keep up-to-date with current information and research.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer an estimated salary of ₹400,000 - ₹600,000 per annum, depending on experience. The selected candidate will also receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
