Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Agro Marketing Strategist to lead our sales team in Satara. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth.

  • Prepare annual sales budgets and monthly sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Provide training and guidance to subordinates to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Retail existing customers and develop new ones by creating innovative campaigns and promotions.
  • Conduct market surveys and analyze customer feedback to improve our products and services.
  • Engage with customers, retailers, and partners to promote our brand image and build strong relationships.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Graduate or MBA degree with 15-20 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of the agro-based industry and its trends.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide your team.
