We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team at BHAGAT HR SERVICES.

About the Company:

BHAGAT HR SERVICES is a Spanish-based MNC in the Automotive Springs manufacturing industry.

Key Highlights:

  • The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales and business development in the automotive sector, preferably with Tier-1 and Tier-2 companies.
  • A strong understanding of APQP, project milestones, and PPAP concepts is essential.
  • Experience working under IATF-certified company environments is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer key account handling and efficiently managing the entire C2C cycle (RFQ to payment collection).
  2. Receivables monitoring and achieving receivables targets.
  3. Coordinating with internal teams and mediating between customers and staff.
  4. Building strong relationships with key accounts and generating new business opportunities.
  5. Creating sales reports and preparing for presentations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and business development in the automotive sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Good communication and interpersonal interaction skills.
  • ERP experience.
