Financial Planning AnalystAbout the Role

This position plays a key role in supporting the Finance department by providing expertise in financial planning and analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Support Financial Planning: Collaborate with FP&As and Country FD to develop and prepare annual financial plans and quarterly forecasts.
  • Data Management: Manage financial systems submissions, ensuring data accuracy and reconciliation to templates post-submission.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly financial reports on sales, margin, inventory, OpEx to finance and business stakeholders.
  • Closing Process: Assist in the preparation of monthly closing processes on sales and Operational Expenditure (OpEx), resolving system-related challenges.
  • Key Initiatives: Lead tracking of strategic opex initiatives, developing reports for stakeholders.
  • Analysis: Assist FP&As in analyzing performance trends or ad-hoc analysis on sales and OpEx, investigating significant variance to plan.
  • User Support: Provide ongoing user assistance and training on financial systems to new joiners.
  • Financial Reporting: Define new financial reports in collaboration with APAC HQ and Country FD to track performance, training internal customers and stakeholders.
  • KPI Dashboard: Participate in APAC KPI Dashboard development, preparing quarterly KPIs with APAC HQ and Country Stakeholders.
  • Finance Transformation: Contribute to new developments and finance transformation project, focusing on SAP implementation.
Team Collaboration
  • Contribution: Contribute to the overall achievement of team goals.
  • Development: Contribute to the team's overall development.
  • Quality Procedures: Follow relevant quality procedures to deliver quality products and services, identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Systems and Processes: Contribute ideas on systems and process methods to improve deliverables.
  • Safety: Work safely, complying with all safety procedures, rules, and instructions, reporting workplace hazards, incidents, or injuries to manager.

  • Qualifications: Relevant degree in finance or related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial systems, excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
