Performance Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads for D2C, lead-gen, and app clients.
  • Collaborate with creative, design, and strategy teams to build high-performing ads that convert.
  • Drive experiments across audiences, creatives, and funnel steps to optimize campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes and bring in new ideas to proactively improve campaign efficiency.
  • Run weekly calls, share reports, and maintain open communication with stakeholders.
