Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Platform Success Executive to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and activity providers across the city.

Your primary responsibility will be to call and onboard schools onto our platform, explaining how it works and gathering accurate information about their classes. You will also verify class schedules, fees, and other details over phone and WhatsApp, ensuring that our users have a seamless experience.

In addition, you will reach out to parents who submitted an inquiry, asking how their experience was, whether the school contacted them, and how we can help further. You will maintain basic reports of your outreach and feedback, providing valuable insights for process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Spoken Communication: Fluency in English and Hindi is essential for success in this role.
  • Friendly and Empathetic: You must be able to communicate effectively with parents, schools, and activity providers, handling sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Able to Follow a Process: You will work closely with our team to develop and implement processes for onboarding schools and verifying class details.
  • Ability to Work Independently: You will take ownership of tasks and work independently, using your initiative to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in spreadsheets, email, and web-based tools is required.
