Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in designing, installing and maintaining our cloud computing infrastructure.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about technology and has a strong background in computer hardware and networking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high system reliability by resolving trouble tickets efficiently
  • Troubleshoot technical issues on various platforms ranging from Systems through Networking to Power/Mechanical
  • Remediate physical layer outages, both Systems & Network
  • Install and configure racks of hosts in line with internal SLAs
  • Meet 24x7 On-Call requirements and respond during shift rotations
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
  • At least 1 year experience in computer networking
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Strong understanding of data center operations and network equipment installation and configuration
