Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Onboarding:

    • Identify and acquire new clients for equity trading and investment services by leveraging personal networks, referrals, and targeted marketing campaigns.
    • Build strong relationships with existing clients and provide regular portfolio reviews to ensure their financial goals are aligned with their investments.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with retail and high-net-worth individual clients through personalized service, timely communication, and proactive issue resolution.
    • Provide expert advice on equity investments, market opportunities, and trading strategies to help clients achieve their financial objectives.
  • Equity Market Advisory and Execution:

    • Stay up-to-date on market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes to provide insightful recommendations to clients.
    • Ensure accurate and timely execution of trades, while minimizing risks and maximizing returns.
  • Revenue Generation:

    • Achieve individual revenue targets through strategic sales initiatives, cross-selling, and upselling of value-added services and products.
    • Drive client activity levels to meet brokerage and sales objectives, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Market Awareness and Research:

    • Conduct thorough research on market trends, company performance, and industry developments to provide informed insights to clients.
    • Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to enhance team performance and drive business growth.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Maintain accurate records and adhere to all regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and industry standards.
    • Monitor and mitigate risks associated with client transactions, while maintaining a high level of customer trust and confidence.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Economics.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in equity markets, wealth management, or related roles.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in trading platforms and CRM tools.
