Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with 5 to 7 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying data science solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in machine learning, statistical modeling, data engineering, and advanced analytics, with a strong understanding of business operations and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends that inform business decisions.
  • Design and implement machine learning models and predictive analytics solutions to optimize business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and define data science use cases.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate results using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and ethical AI/ML model use.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn or TensorFlow.
  • Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data mining techniques.
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies like Spark or Hadoop is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
  • Experience with deep learning or NLP projects is desirable.
