Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the day-to-day functioning of our Airport Operations Control Centre (AOCC).

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all airport processes and sub-processes run smoothly and efficiently, in accordance with regulatory requirements and BIAL regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the process of passenger, baggage's, aircraft, and information at real time to achieve the airport objective of efficiency, safety, and punctuality without losing service quality.
  • Implementing the Management approved Standard Operating Procedures pertaining to AOCC.
  • Carrying out day to day functioning of the AOCC in a manner which is compliant with the regulatory requirements and is in accordance with various BIAL regulations, objectives, and philosophy.
  • Ensuring the basic data for all the aircrafts are entered in the system as per the defined procedure and Ensure very high quality Data input into Airport operational database, so as to ensure accurate and timely `information to passengers and accurate billing in the prescribed format.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 9 years of experience in airport operations or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.
