Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Sales Executive to join our team at Symphony Electronics. As a Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in helping customers find the perfect sound solutions and enhancing their overall shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide expert guidance and personalized recommendations on our range of sound products, including speakers, earbuds, soundbars, and related accessories.
- Sales Performance: Drive sales by effectively promoting and demonstrating our products, utilizing your knowledge of audio technology to upsell and cross-sell products and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about our product offerings, including the latest technologies and trends in audio equipment, and educate customers about product features, benefits, and comparisons.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is organized, clean, and visually appealing, setting up product displays and assisting with merchandising to highlight key items and promotions.
- Sales Transactions: Accurately handle sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system, process payments, manage cash, and handle returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to management to enhance product offerings and store operations, addressing and resolving any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to achieve store objectives, participating in team meetings and contributing to store initiatives and strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or prior retail or sales experience in electronics or audio products.
- Strong interest and knowledge in audio technology and sound equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively.
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals and work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with POS systems and retail technology.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
