As a Beauty Representative with Estee Lauder Companies, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our prestige beauty products. Your passion for makeup and people skills will enable you to provide personalized in-store experiences that educate and delight our customers.

You will work collaboratively with a high-performing team to create impactful in-store events and maintain high standards of visual merchandising. If you are a dynamic self-starter looking for a progressive career opportunity, this could be the perfect role for you.

While certification in makeup artistry and/or previous retail experience is desirable, we welcome applicants with basic level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
  • Ability to work in a team environment
