Job Title: Legal Operations Manager

Job Summary:

Manage litigation matters for a building materials company, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks and minimizing risks.

  • Liaison & Representation

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of corporate, civil, criminal, labor, and industrial laws.
  • Experience in handling litigations related to manufacturing/mining/cement industry.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple litigations simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Gujarati language (read, write, speak).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
  • 6–12 years of post-qualification experience in litigation, preferably in a manufacturing or cement sector.
  • Exposure to labor disputes, land & mining laws, and regulatory compliance is preferred.
