Project Portfolio Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced expert to implement, configure and operationalize the EcoSys Hexagon platform for project portfolio management and project controls.
The consultant will lead portfolio process configuration, cost control, forecasting and EVM integrations with upstream systems. This includes configuring portfolios, projects and contracts modules, designing cost classes, coding structures and work breakdown structures.
- Configure and set up portfolio workflows, change controls and governance templates.
- Establish baselines, progress capture, EVM calculations, variance analysis and dashboards.
- Orchestrate integrations between EcoSys and ERP systems to enable single source reporting.
- Build portfolio and project dashboards, KPIs and cost schedule performance indicators.
- Translate governance into EcoSys processes, gates and approvals.
Required Skills:
- 6-10 years in PPM Project Controls
- 3 years hands-on experience with EcoSys configuration and administration
- Strong cost management, budgeting and forecasting skills
- Proven integration experience with SAP, SFDC, EDW and similar systems
- Reporting skills: Power BI, Tableau and SQL data modeling fundamentals
