Are you a seasoned professional with experience in client-facing projects? We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Management Specialist to join our team.

The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for leading clients through the implementation of Clinical software. He/She will manage multiple projects to ensure the client and internal departments/teams are completing tasks on schedule as outlined in the client's project plan.

This is a skilled position that requires experience in a related field. The ideal candidate will be able to assess client/project need and build strong relationships with the client.

  • Develop and manage implementation project lifecycles
  • Keep the project in scope and on time
  • Serve as a liaison between internal departments and the client during implementation
  • Update client and internal management on project status, issues, additional scope
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by advocating for client needs and product requests to support, product and engineering teams

Key requirements include 5 years of experience in client-facing roles, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
