Implementation Project Manager

As a seasoned Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading clients through the implementation of our Clinical software. This involves managing multiple projects to ensure timely completion and effective collaboration with internal departments and clients.
- Assess client/project needs and build strong relationships with the client.
- Develop and manage implementation project lifecycles, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Effectively communicate with the client to define scope and timelines, ensuring mutual understanding and expectation.
- Manage client expectations, outcomes, and timelines.
- Keep projects in scope and on time, addressing any issues or obstacles that may arise.
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments and the client during implementation, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
