Experience: 5–10 years

Salary: ₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, process-oriented, and tech-savvy Project Manager to oversee technical development, internship coordination, sales support, and strategic B2B initiatives. This is a pivotal leadership role acting as the bridge between multiple departments to ensure smooth operations, technical alignment, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical development projects, ensuring code quality and best practices.
- Oversee internship program coordination and academic partnership initiatives.
- Support sales teams with operational tools, CRM management, and process improvements.
- Manage cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and hybrid/remote workflows.
- Implement agile methodologies and track projects with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Drive data-driven decision-making through analytics and reporting.
- Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, and scalable operational systems.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in project management, technical leadership, or cross-functional team supervision — preferably in EdTech or education services.
- Proven experience with web development, CRM systems, and vendor management.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and version control tools (Git).
- Experience in academic partnerships or sales support is a plus.
