Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital GTM Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Google Tag Manager (GTM) solutions for our business. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop effective GTM strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in GTM: Should have at least 1 end-to-end implementation experience in GTM working through requirement analysis to go-live.
  • GTM Architecture: Should have a good understanding of the GTM architecture.
  • Integration Experience: Should have implemented GTM integrating with ERP products like Fusion, EBS, SAP, JDE etc.
  • Knowledge on Agents, Saved Queries, Workflows, and User Configurations: Should have excellent knowledge on agents, saved queries, workflows, and user configurations.
  • Documentation Skills: Should be well-versed in creating GTM configuration documents, test scripts, and user training documents.
  • Scripting Knowledge: Should have excellent knowledge of the GTM data model and be able to write scripts in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL.
  • External Systems Integration: GTM integration experience with external systems and knowledge on XSLT, XML profiles, OTM Schema, EDI, XML mappings will be an added advantage.
  • Web Services and SOA Standards: Good understanding of web services and SOA-related standards.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Knowledge on logistics and supply chain management will be an added advantage.
